 Caitlin MacRaeCaitlin tries to keep her life balanced between all the projects she has on the go. She is a busy singer in Vancouver and the surrounding area, singing with musica intima vocal chamber ensemble (since 1994) and in the Vancouver Opera Chorus, as well as various solo projects. She has sung with such ensembles as Elektra Women's Choir, and worked as a soloist with the Richmond Chorus and Orchestra, Vancouver New Music, Early Music Vancouver, Simon Fraser University, Chor Leoni Men's Choir. During 2003/2004, Caitlin lived in France in the house in St Privat du Dragon teaching English at local elementary schools. She also worked on the renovations to the house and spent quite a bit of time chopping wood for the stove! Life back in Vancouver is much busier but she does miss the calm and serenity of St Privat. Caitlin’s main project these days is looking after her daughter, which is a whole new challenge. |
